+10 Cloaks? o.o

Hi fellas, I just went to the marketplace and I saw someone selling a Sea King Cloak +10 with some really nice stats. It has like Giftbox +2 but the thing is I can't upgrade my cloak using Sunstones,Moonstones or even Shining Oricalkums. So does upgrading makes any difference or it's just nothing too much about them?

PS: Where can I find Sea King cloak?

He upgraded the cloak using the /PremiumUpgrade command.

+10 mask/cloak/fash doesn't really make much difference.

And about the Sea king cloak, you can find it at Flaris, [Mayor of Flarine] npc infront of bank.

Use a Premium Scroll, Put the item in the first slot of your inventory and type /PremiumUpgrade, to have it upgraded. It works for fashion pieces/cloaks and masks as well, makes them +10 it doesn't do much but increase the base defense of the item. (DEF: 1~1 to DEF: 32~32)
