There are a couple of other cloaks that are not "rare", and they only cost 40 RP when you buy them from the RC Merchant Gergantes. So, using the Desmond Wings' rarity as a reason for making them bigger ain't no good reason

It's just that. Rares must have the thing called ''Rarity of Items''. The way it looks, the way it has to be. Well, this is just a suggestion. That's hoping to be seen by staffs
