Best awake for Arca?

Hello peeps, sorry if I'm asking too much questions but I wanna know this:

Which increases Arca/Menta spell dmg besides adding INT awakes?

DCT or Critical Chance? I'm not even sure if these both really does anything but as long as DCT will shorten the casting animation, it's okay for me. But does adding Critical Chance boost up either these two classes's spell dmg as well?

And to answer your question, I believe neither DCT and Critical Chance increases Arcanist's and Mentalist's skill damage. Perhaps the only thing that will increase their skill damage is both INT and %ATK only. And yes, DCT shortens casting animation. Though I believe that there is 100% DCT cap and some claims that having more than DCT than the cap will slow down your casting time.

Like Alaska stated, after 100-150 DCT, skills do have the same DCT. It just might appear slow on other screens if you have DCT far higher than that, but your DCT should not get slower.
