If you have Seraph to buff you with Raiment of Rhisis. But even if there is none, I think it will do fine. But I don't recommend it though. I'd rather use Seraph or Slayer rather that.

oh ok thanks. poor crack, they must have increase the damage of crack in pve.

Well, yah. I agree with that though. But either way, hit rate will still be a factor. Though I'm not very sure about it.

Go for crackshooter if you enjoy them. And the hit rate is 100% for all classes, so that shouldn't be a problem.
