If you wanna add some PvE% awakes on it, I recommend to have about 200% - 300% PvE. I know some might disagree 'cause most of the PvE players has a lot of PvE% awake on it, but based on my experience, replacing some PvE% to ICD% and limiting your PvE% awakes to only 300% gives a larger damage output.

Yeah PvE is Player vs Enviroment and will increase your damage against all monsters. i don't think that Seraphs are good on PvP, but if you are willing to try, just go FULL ICD I think.

If you wanna go for a PvP Seraph then put some ICD awakes and some Critical Chance as well. I think CC is capped at 3600% or 3800% for Seraph. And always use the Soul of Rhisis skill. I'm not sure if it is the right name, but it is the skill that has 80% or something damage reduction. Really useful as a counter against 1-hit skills. Then just hit the enemy like every ICD type does.

Before, yes. It did became a trend. But most of them PvP Seraphs are just inside the Arena. Saw some sieged as well but it just won't do.
