Frozen Characters?

Why my 2 characters frozen? i leave them in collecting area . then when i relog both of them are frozen? what did i do? did i do something wrong?

If they are still at Collecting Area, just try collecting again. If the collector is un-equipped, equip it then collect. But if you are teleported to Flaris, then we need an Admin for that.
