i have 5 accounts. and all my characters were gone. i have items and red perins. i havent played for a long time. How can i get my characters back?

How long did you last played? Because as I far as I remembered, we had a wipe about last year around September-December, I'm not sure though. But you can message Grey and Daily about your account information and perhaps they could check the game logs. I'll send you the links of their profiles:
