Characters frozen

Hey,

three of my characters are frozen.
I can't move neither using the mouse nor the keyboard.
All these characters were on the colli field and got dced over last night.
I tried to teleport with the 5min teleport "motion". It worked but I still can't move.

Is there anything i can do to unfix this problem by myself?

Kindly provide all the in-game names of your characters that are frozen.
