Why my characters are banned?

Hi sir/mam. im just playing in the arena yesterday. i just log in in the computer shop. and before i log in. there was a guy playing mazey flyff sir. i dont know what he did in his hours of playing. but me sir, im jst playing in the arena. honeslty sir i was disappoint because my 2 accounts are banned. Please follow-up sir.

However, wat is that banned sir? is it permanent? or what?

I believe Daily already mentioned to avoid double posting and rather use the "EDIT" button. This is a second warning. If you do not want this to be locked then avoid double posting and just use the "EDIT" button. Admins are already on it so the least that you can do is to wait for their reply and always check your inbox. Good luck to you, though.
