Someone Broke Rule No.4

So this guy named iDisAppear tried to sell me his items via php. As stated in rule No.4 it states that "There will be NO buying or selling Items/Accounts/DP etc in-game for real life currency. If caught, you will be instantly and permanently banned, no questions asked. This also includes selling on other Social Media websites such as Facebook Groups." And No, I didn't buy his items cause I don't trust anyone in the game. I will provide you with the following screenshots and I hope that he will get banned to learn from his own actions.
