I think it is also better if a player in a party who is the party leader, turns AFK, the PL title should be passed on the next active player or non-AFK player in the party

-1. And the party leader would go nuts? This suggestion is for lazy people who is lazy enough not to make a party. I'm sorry. I mean making a party is easy. You can make it for like 10-20 minutes with considerable party skills to waste. I understand where you are coming from, before I quit, I always join someone else's party and it's just annoying if the party leader is afk, but we have to take note that he/she has every right on what he/she wants to do with his/her own party. If the leader wants to be afk for a moment while waiting for drop event, then it's his/her right to do so.
