Chat coloring system

Good morning guys ;3

I'd love to suggest the " Chant Coloring system "

So, why did i suggest that .. due to some reasons

1- all shout's are the same color make is hard to notice some of shouts
2- different colors will make trading and find what u desire easy :3
3- make some life in the chat box XD

Atm only way to change colour of shout is via Premium Scroll, I suppose it'd be a good idea to have this, but then all the shout would be spammed with rainbow xD.

Unless as an Event reward o;
