what is the max DCT% for arcanist? cuz my DCT% right now is 1.5k.
do i need to put more dct%?

Max DCT is between 200 -300. If you want the exact number, you will end with a never ending discussion and list of numbers. Some say that when you exceed the max DCT, cadting speed will actually become slower, which I doubt that is true.
